How to Tighten Vagina after Childbirth

If you are a woman who has had several children or in some cases even one child, then you are well aware of what may happen to your vagina. Kegels should be done sitting up straight or while you are on the toilet. If you do these exercises 5-10 times a day, 10 times per session you will see results in approximately 8-10 weeks.

Another vagina tightening method that has recently gained popularity are vaginal cones. Vaginal cones are very light in weight and resemble the shape of a tampon. You also insert the cones in the vagina the same way you would insert a tampon. They should be inserted 2 times a day for 15 minutes each time. If you do not see results after the initial 5 days are over then you can continue to use the cream once per day until you are satisfied.

Having a looser vagina after childbirth is nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about. Almost all women experience this and there are ways to help the issue. You can follow one of the methods mentioned above or even speak to your health care practitioner about other methods he or she can suggest.
